Beaufort is only an hour away and the drive is spectacular, taking us over many rivers, through the marshes and back country roads to this precious sleepy southern town.
Scenes from Forest Gump, The Prince of Tides, The Great Santini, Forces of Nature and many other movies were filmed there.
We will drive around first to see all the lovely homes and then we'll park on Bay St. for lunch (not included in tour price) and shopping.
Then we will drive to see the Old Sheldon Church ruins (fantastic for pictures) and then on to a quaint little country store where their pies were featured in Southern Living Magazine!
